A new podcast has been created to support the mental health of those involved in agriculture in light of challenges brought about by drought, bushfires, and COVID-19.
The UPL Australia Podcast has launched this week, and will involve a series of 15-minute episodes which will feature rural Australians who have bounced back from adversity and aren't afraid to 'talk the hard talk'.
Each interviewee will share new ideas and suggestions people can implement in their day-to-day life to overcome challenges and pick themselves up to continue moving forward.
Episode one talks to Warren Davies, more commonly known as The Unbreakable Farmer.

Throughout his life, Mr Davies has had his resilience, persistence and determination tested by life's ups and downs, which have had repercussions on his family, relationships and finances and made him the person he is today.
He now dedicates much of his time to travelling around Australia and speaking to rural and regional communities.
"As regional and rural people we're probably tarred with that stoic brush, but sometimes things get challenging and we need to be able to reach out and seek some help and make sure we're looking after ourselves," Mr Davies said.
The UPL Australia Podcast series is available on Apple and Spotify.
