The pop-up Recovery Centres will offer a range of financial support and information and be located in smaller towns across the Mid Murray Council area.
A range of help will be available, including access to recovery information and referrals, grant assistance, and Green Industries SA clean-up registrations.
Human Services Minister Nat Cook said relief centres will play an important part in supporting communities during the recovery stage.
"Staff at the established recovery centres do such a great job in assisting the people coming in, but not everyone is always able to travel to a bigger town.
"Getting recovery staff out to these smaller towns along the River Murray is another great way to help the people who've already gone through so much throughout this event."
SA Housing Trust presiding member Mary Patetsos said although flooding had subsided, for many people the flooding had not finished.
"We strongly encourage anyone who feels that they may need assistance to head into one of the pop-up recovery centres when they're in your area."
Mid Murray Council Mayor Simone Bailey said this flood had challenged the community.
"We have seen the devastation to homes and businesses it has caused, the economic impact, and the overall fatigue and anxiety that comes with living through the uncertainty of a drawn-out disaster of this magnitude.
"We are very grateful to the government for committing to add some extra support for our community by offering pop-up recovery centres to ensure communities have local access to face-to-face services.
"Recovery centres have provided so much support to our community and we encourage anyone who has been affected by the flood devastation to attend a recovery centre where they can ask questions and find support and be guided through the various grants and programs by staff."
Centres will operate between 10am-3pm on the following dates; Wednesday, April 12 at Morgan Activity Centre, Friday, April 14, Blanchetown Community Hub, Wednesday, April 19, Swan Reach Town Hall, Friday, April 21, Bowhill Community Centre.
The Berri and Murray Bridge recovery centres will remain open on Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, while the Mannum centre is open Tuesday to Thursday, 9:30am-4:30pm.
The State Relief and Recovery Infoline is also available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday via same day call back service on 1800 302 787.
