The state's top politicians will travel to the state's west next week for another Country Cabinet community meeting.
The premier Peter Malinauskas, his ministers and senior state government officials will make their way to Eyre Peninsula for the government's seventh Country Cabinet meeting since taking office.
The visit will take place across two days on May 9 and 10 and will be held in Port Lincoln.
The state government said Country Cabinet visits were a chance for members of the community, the premier and the government to come together at a forum to discuss the challenges and opportunities unique to the different areas of the state.
The Malinauskas government has previously held Country Cabinet meetings in Naracoorte, Mount Barker, Kangaroo Island, Yorke Peninsula, Port Augusta, Port Pirie and Mount Gambier, which it says demonstrates its commitments to SA's regions.
Members of the public are invited to attend a public forum with state cabinet at the Port Lincoln High School from 5pm on May 9.
The Premier, ministers and chief executives also spend time visiting people, businesses, and organisations across the region.
"Eyre Peninsula is an economic powerhouse for our state, through agriculture, fishing and aquaculture, mining, tourism and increasingly through renewable energy," Mr Malinauskas said.
"We have big plans to capitalise on the state's economic trajectory, with significant growth plans, including through the State Prosperity Project.
"I'm very pleased that the entire cabinet will have the opportunity to travel to the region and hear first-hand from locals about the issues they care about.
"I encourage everyone who can to register for the public forum."
